To ensure their accuracy, pH meters must be regularly 'calibrated' (i.e. tested and adjusted for accuracy) using standard pH buffer* solutions which are made to an internationally agreed recipe.

* 'pH Buffers' are simply stable solutions that possess a specific pH value.

Buffer 4.0 ? Some manufacturers claim their pH meters require only a single point calibration (i.e. only need to use a pH Buffer 7.0). However, that claim is simply not justifiable if accuracy is desired. The use of two pH buffer standards ensures that the calibration "slope" is obtained. If this precaution is not taken, when the electrode is later placed in a pH buffer 4.0 solution the meter will typically read, for example, 4.4 instead of 4.0. This potential problem can be avoided by using both the pH 7 and 4 buffers.

When you purchase an item please add the quoted amount into the ebay checkout. Insurance is included in some shipping prices, we will let you know when quoting a price, if you would like insurance please let us know, we will arrange it for you. Please note we take no responsibility for items damaged in transit. We package all items in plain packaging for your privacy. We ship Monday to Friday, (except NSW public holidays) and Australia wide.
Delivery	Once payment is made items are shipped within 1 business day. Depending on your location you should receive your item in 2-5 business days. Please note NT and WA deliveries may take longer. If your item arrives with noticeable external damage please refuse shipment and contact us immediately. If you sign for a damaged item you are accepting it in that condition. If you want to accept an item that is noticeably damaged, you can do an internal inspection before signing for it, but only with the delivery driver present.
DOA	If you receive an item which does not work or stops working, you can return it within 14 days and we will replace it for you (shipping at customer’s cost). After 14 days you must claim on the manufacturers warranty.
Return Policy	We will accept returns up to 14 days after item is paid for, original packaging must be in good condition so we can resell. NO REFUNDS, only a store credit will be given, return shipping at customers cost.
Warranty	A manufacturer warranty comes with all products we sell. Most products have a 1 year warranty; some have more please check item description. If you have a problem with the product please contact the manufacturer or us and we will provide you the name and number of the manufacturer. Please kept receipt for warranty purpose.
Payment Terms	Items must be paid for within 7 days of winning. If you are unable to make payment in this time please contact us.

If paying at a bank please ask teller to include item number, if they cannot fit the whole number, then include the last 5 digits only.
