Payment

• We accept Paypal. Please contact us if you would like to pay other than Paypal.
• We only deliver to the shipping address as stated on PayPal statement.
• Order will be shipped with Hong Kong Post standard airmail with no tracking number. Registered airmail with tracking number can be arranged for extra US$2 / 2 euro / 1.5GBP.
• We reserve the rights to cancel the transaction if no payment is received within 7 business days after the purchase is made.
• From time to time, industry strikes, local custom restriction, increase custom inspection level and any other event may create a delay to deliver. In such a case please bear with us, we shall do all we can to make sure your item get to you as soon as possible.

Shipping & Handling

• Order will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is cleared.
• Delivery time usually takes 10-20 business days, depending on your location. Please note that some areas like Italy, Argentina, Philippine, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand may take upto 60 days for arrival. Customer from those countries please take this into consideration.

** Important Notice to Non-US Buyers **

• The transaction does not include any import tax, customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, specially rural area extra costs and any other charges.
• The ordered item may be subject to customs import tax when it enters your country. For more information about the tax rate, please check with your local customs department before purchase.
• It is your responsibility in case there is any import tax/fee or related charges to pay. Please note that placing order with us means that you fully understand the situation and will have no rights to claim us for any import tax or VAT or charges that may incurred in your country.
• If necessary, we will strive to help reduce the import tax that may be imposed in some countries by legal means as instructed as far as possible. As it is the discretion of the related customs department to decide the tax rate, we cannot guarantee any success in this regard.
• Please let us know the amount you want to declare on the invoice, and mark it in the Payment Note column.
• If the consignment is returned due to the buyer's refusal to pay import tax or unsuccessful delivery, BelCanto-Digital-Tech will charge the buyer 15% of the selling price plus all shipping costs as handling fee.
• In all events, BelCanto-Digital-Tech will not be responsible for any country tax / VAT/ brokerage charges and any other delivery charges.

Return & Refund

• All merchandizes are guaranteed 100% brand new.

• We test each merchandize before shipping to ensure full functionality.

• Defective / unsatisfactory item can be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Open box merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

• Unused/unopened merchandise will be credited with full purchase price.

• Returned merchandize will be inspected before refund, credit or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days to process.

• Shipping fee is non-refundable.

• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with original order and exchanges.

• The package of the returned items must be completely intact, unopened and brand new conditions and all accessories, gifts, extras inside the package must also be in their original brand new condition.

• Buyer must return the package along with all gift and accessories in all event, without the full package as time of purchase, we shall not entertain the case.

• All return product must be sent with tracking numbers, with full insurance services covering the "Recommended Retail Price", this is because as a consumer you will not have the connection as us who can ensure safe delivery of the package.
