• Dispatch of goods is arranged from Auction Won.
• Delivery is arranged through our choice of Australia Post, TNT, or Allied Express. Tracking numbers on larger items can be provided. All smaller items do not receive tracking numbers.
• Auction Won cannot respond to special delivery instructions. eg Leave on the back porch, behind the gate or only deliver at certain times.
• Auction Won can deliver most goods to PO Boxes. Large items such as bicycles, pooltables, gym equipment etc cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
• Auction Won dispatch most days. Payments received after 10am will automatically be dispatched on our next dispatch day.
• For all Domestic deliveries please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is considerably quicker.
• For all International deliveries please allow up to 30 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is considerably quicker. International buyers: As an International buyer, you are liable for all the taxes and customs clearance fees that may be incurred in your country.
• No weekend or after hours delivery available.
• Where an item states no pickup, even if the buyer feels our location is near to or convenient for them to pick up. Pick up emails will not be answered. Pick is only available on our large items specified and clearly stated.
• Auction Won is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages to any goods.
• GOODS WHICH BUYER CLAIMS HAVE NOT ARRIVED AFTER 21 DAYS. Rarely do any of our parcels go missing. However, this can occur. Our feedback is proof enough of our highly effective delivery service. If your item has not arrived you will be required to visit your nearest post office to confirm your goods are not sitting there uncollected. Occasionaly the Australia Post card can be blown away. If the goods have not been recieved a signed Statutory Declaration will be required to be submitted to us, upon recieving the seller Auction has the discretion to refund all monies including freight or sending the goods again.

Look for the qlp Logo on all our auctions. qlp represents 'qualified licenced products' where you see an exact or very similar product offered on Ebay its possible the item is not a genuine product.

Multiple Purchases - Combined Freight.

We most often combine freight. Depending on size of goods, total amount spent on multiple sales, your postcode, we will most likely offer you a reduced freight price. Please email ebay@guerrillagroup.com.au to confirm postage on multiple items you are either winning or about to bid on. After auction has been completed and no discussion was entered into for combined freight Auction Won does not guarantee we will combine freight.

Feedback

Auctionwon pride ourselves on going the extra mile to satisfy all our customers. Due to our volume of sales, we have set the EBAY feedback system to automatically leave positive feedback when positive feedback is given to us. This guarantees you immediate positive feedback. Buyers with a rating of 20 or less who leave negative feedback will automatically receive negative feedback. Any negative feedback left will confirm the transaction is at an end. The buyer will then be blocked from any further communication with us.

• If your item was damaged on arrival or was non functional within the 7 days from the date of arrival, we will replace your item including all shipping costs.
• Faulty items will be replaced within 28 working days.
• Any item needed to be returned for warranty purposes after 7 days, the postage cost is at purchasers expense in both ways (sending and receiving).
• We will not replace any item unless faulty or damaged item's has been received.
• Clear photos will be required for all warranty item claims
• Where a part can be supplied, Auction Won will endeavour to supply a part. Removing and Fitting of any replacement parts is at the expense of the buyer.
• All Auction Won branded products come with our own in house 12 month warranty return of goods is at buyers expense.

• Refunds based on change of mind will not be accepted.
• Cancellation of sale will never be accepted if buyer has not read freight charges, or is an international buyer.
• In hardship cases, and on a case by case basis, Auction Won may at their sole discretion relax this condition. If sob stories are created, proof maybe required.
• If an item is sold and is out of stock, buyers will be notified within the listing.
• Out of stock items. Occasionally, we over sell some products. This rarely happens and in the event this does Auction Won will either refund all monies or supply the goods very soon. This will be at the buyers decision.
