Buyer is responsible to set up the phone's functions and Carrier provider including web browser. Since SIM cards are regional and Carrier specific. We are unable to predict and include one. The buyer may use their existing SIM card or purchase one from their local Carrier Store. Any phone returned for exchange must have zero minutes-phone must be returned in new condition as shipped from the manufacturer, boxes wrappers, manuals, warranties etc..

RETURNS:
Exchanges are offered for items that are defective when received, although
this is highly unlikely. Please contact us before taking any action.
Defective items or problems with your order must be reported within 3 days
after receiving. After 3 days, exchanges will not be given. Sorry, no
refunds. Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping Cost.

IMPORTANT: Please keep all packaging, documentation, packing list, etc. that
came with your order. These will be used to verify claims if there are any
problem with your order. We can't help you if you can't help us verify your
claim, if thrown away, we're not responsible for any claims made.

At the time we list an item, there is more than one of that item in stock. We do our very best to track inventory however, If a situation arises and someone wins an item found to be out-of-stock, we will give them the option of:
 (1) a full, immediate refund
 (2) a store credit
 (3) have the item backordered and shipped when it becomes available.
