Buy direct from the manufacturer and save$$$$ Another great Australian made kit. Quality PBR parts. You need at least 15 inch wheels to fit this kit. New 296mm x 28mm, twin piston front brake upgrade kit for Ford Falcon XR,XT,XW,XY,XA,XB,XC,XD,XE,XF,3/65-1988. Straight slotted rotors supplied Curved slotted rotors add $20.50 and drilled and slotted are $70 extra and can be found in our store or other auctions, email for options. Powder coated calipers are $100 extra in our store or on other auctions, email for options.
As with all our kits these bolt straight up with nothing else to buy. Everything you need is supplied in the brake upgrade kit. We recommend that you replace your current stub axles with later model XD to XF stubs, these are better castings with the bigger bearings. The kit will fit on the earlier standard stubs but may require some casting flash to be removed to fit the bracket local to the bottom bolt. This piece of casting is deleted on the later stubs. The rotors supplied are our own brand manufactured to our specifications from the same factory as another big name brand. The brake pads are Police spec, high performance low dust pads as used in all our brake upgrade kits. The brake compound is similar to the Bendix Ultimate or OEM BMW & Mercedes pads. The rubber brake hoses are street legal, ADR 7/00 (Australian Design Rule) stamped, pressure tested to 3000psi, approved and compliant for road use within The rotors and hubs supplied are drilled in Ford PCD for half inch studs. I recommend that all brake upgrades are fitted by a Qualified A Grade Mechanic but can be DIY Kit includes We have supplied many hundreds of these with no returns....bid with confidence in a long time member with great products.
