I can't be blamed for items lost in transit (not that it's ever happened to me) so please request registered post at a small extra cost if this is a concern. My location is WA, so please consider this when awaiting delivery. I live in a smoke and pet free home.

All of my items are sold in good faith and in good, second-hand condition, unless otherwise stated as new. If there are any significant flaws, I will itemise them. Some new items may be shop surplus or stock overruns and as such, may have passed through many hands before they reach me. Though rare, as a result, there may be minor soiling or defects incurred during storage, transit and handling. Minor soiling should come out in the first wash. If I detect any other problem it will certainly be mentioned, but I'm only human and may miss something from time to time unintentionally. Good communication can usually resolve all issues.

I consider refunds/exchanges on a discretionary case by case basis, but realistically cannot refund incurred postage costs. I will always do the right thing where I am in error.

I am friendly, fair and reasonable, so if you are unhappy for any reason, please get in touch so we can work out a resolution prior to leaving negative feedback. Nobody feels good when it gets to that stage, so let's try and fix it first.

Registered Post is required for all purchases paid for with PAYPAL. Please select the "Optional" insurance option at checkout if this is your payment method. For Paypal payments received without insurance, your order will remain "on hold" until paid. Only one insurance fee is required per combined parcel.
