1. Arico Coffee will supply you a Saeco Royal Professional automatic coffee machine free of charge for the duration of the contract. By signing this contract you are entering into a 12 month contract to purchase coffee from Arico Coffee.
2. Installation of the machine is free however client is to provide electrical outlet and water at their own cost.
3. All coffee beans used in the coffee machine supplied must be purchased from Arico Coffee.
4. A minimum of 1kg of coffee beans per week are to be purchased from Arico Coffee. The coffee beans will be delivered at the start of each calendar month. (Delivery fee will vary depending on your location. Please contact us to find out how much delivery will cost to your area). The price of the coffee beans is $32.00 per kg. Any extra coffee needed must be purchased from Arico Coffee. (Alternatively, you may rent the machine for $20.00 excl GST per week. For each 1kg of coffee you purchase you will receive 1 week rent free.)
5. A monthly invoice will be forwarded to you reflecting the amount of coffee purchased.
6. Invoices are to be paid automatically via credit card only prior to delivery.
7. Daily restocking and maintenance (general cleaning) is to be carried out by the client.
8. Arico Coffee will carry out all repairs and maintenance on the supplied coffee machine, at no charge to the client. A service fee along with associated repair costs will be charged if machine failure is due to improper or inadequate cleaning, maintenance or damage caused by the client
9. If the supplied coffee machine is returned at the end of the contract to Arico Coffee dirty, damaged or not in full working order as it was received, a fee will be charged for cleaning or repairing of the machine.
10. The client agrees to maintain the equipment in the same condition as the equipment was delivered and installed and accepts liability for any damage to the equipment whilst the equipment is on the premises.
11. The client agrees to include the supplied coffee machine under their overall insurance policy against any act of fire, burglary, vandalism or other event causing damage or removal of the supplied coffee machine. Any excess on the client’s policy is to be paid by the client. The replacement value of the supplied coffee machine is $1799.00.
12. The equipment shall remain the property of Arico Coffee at all times and may be retrieved at any time at their own discretion, especially in the case of outstanding debt, beyond agreement terms.
13. If the client chooses to cancel this contract before the 12 month contract is completed, the client is liable for a cancellation fee. If cancelled within the 12 month period of the agreed contract, the months remaining within this same period are payable upon collection of the machine. Cancellation after 12 months requires 3 months notice.
14. If the client sells, transfers or closes business or enters into an arrangement with creditors or if a company enters into liquidation, it is the client’s responsibility to notify Arico Coffee by phone and in writing within 5 working days.
15. Arico Coffee is not responsible for any damages in respect of any accident, injury or damage or alleged accident, injury or damage in consequence or arising out of operation of the equipment.
