Payment

CANADA

• PayPal - Please arrange to pay us by PayPal within 24 hours of the close of the Auction.  There's usually no reason not to pay right away, but if there is, let us know what's going on ASAP.  Just as you don't like waiting to be paid, we don't either.  If you don't have the money in your PayPal account and there is going to be a delay, please let us know that you are in the process of making arrangements.  COMMUNICATE!

• COD - Excellent for those in Canada who don't have a PayPal account.  You pay Canada Post by Cash or Certified Cheque and Canada Post pays us.  If you plan to pay by COD, let us know within 24 hours of the close of auction.  Canada Post charges a $6.50 fee which applies to the order.  If your item is over $200, we absorb the $6.50 fee.

• Cash, local pickup - Cash is always best.  Local pickup in Oakville, ON.   If you plan to pickup, let us know within 24 hours of the close of auction and we will send you directions.

USA / INTERNATIONAL

Shipping

CANADA

• All items within Canada are shipped by Canada Post using Expedited Parcel.  Timeframes are 1-15 business days depending on geographic location.  E.G. - GTA vs. Prince George, BC.

USA

• All items to USA are shipped by Canada Post / USPS using Express Post or Expedited Parcel.  Time frames are 1 week up to 3 weeks.
• Items can get stuck at Customs; this is out of our control.

INTERNATIONAL

• All items shipped outside of Canada / USA are shipped using Canada Post and the receiving country's national postal service.  Time frames are 2 - 4 weeks depending on location.  The shipping product we use is Canada Post Light Parcel Air.  This is a mid-level product meaning it's not the fastest and it's not the slowest.  If you would like a quote for a cheaper product (Ground), you can email me for pricing BEFORE BIDDING/BUYING.  Most of the time, even though you will save money on shipping, the process is too slow, especially for international destinations.
• Items can get stuck at Customs; this is out of our control.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS:

• By BIDDING / BUYING, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree with all terms / conditions of this auction.  If you don't agree with the terms, please BID / BUY elsewhere.
• Errors in the listing - Hey, we've made some honest mistakes on listings before... it can happen.  In the unlikely event that the product shows up and is different than what you were expecting, then we'll make it right, period.
• Defective products - Everybody likes a good eBay experience.  We don't oversell our products in our eBay listings and we're not big fans of the buyer beware thing either. We guarantee that our products are working just as described in our listings and give you a 2 week period after you receive the product to make sure of that. If your product shows up and is defective then we'll make it right, period.
