Minor variations in model, color, specifications are not reason for a refund. Item must be in new condition and everything repacked securely for return shipping or you drop it to our warehouse. We will inspect the bike prior to refunding. Refunds does not include all shipping/return postage fees, damage/repair/parts costs. If the bike does not belong to us or contain parts swapped that does not belong to us, we will take the cost out of the refund as well. A restocking fee of 15% of the final value will apply.
