You are bidding on 500gm of BROWN alpaca fleece.

This is the highest quality fleece taken only from the "blanket" area.

(more variable neck and leg fleece has been removed).

The fleece is unprocessed and may contain dust and vegetable matter.

We use an experienced shearer - so minimal second cuts.

We don't have any test results for this specific fleece. However, its handle would indicate it is about 23 micron.

Alpaca fleece is unsurpassed for its softness, lightness and warmth - it was known to the Incas as 'Fibre of the Gods'.

In response to queries, YES, we do have alpacas for sale - all colours and both Huacaya and Suri. They cannot be listed here due to eBay rules, but we welcome genuine enquiries - for pets, guardians or breeding.
