Terms and Conditions (Must Read or Don’t Trade)
The following are the Terms and Conditions, we will follow these policies to ensure that we provide a peaceful trading environment between ourselves and our customers. Upon purchasing from us, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions throughout the whole trading process. We shall be entitled to suspend or reject any trading services if we have reasons to suspect that fraudulent elements are involved.

1) Shipping Policy
Item(s) is sent from Hong Kong using Hong Kong Post. Mail will arrive in 9-15 working days after payment received under normal custom procedures. We will declare item(s) as gifts or commercial products depending on situations. Buyer should bear any responsibilities of custom charges imposed by local authorities if any.

Shipping and handling cost by Registered Mail costs an additional USD 2. With Tracking Number, easier for us to track where item(s) is. With Insurance. Upon the reception of the Registered Mail, buyer must check the item(s) prior to signing for approval. If item(s) is damaged, buyer should not sign the postal receipt as no exchange, return or refund will be available after the postal receipt is signed for the item(s) sent. If buyer signed the postal receipt, it means that buyer 100% accepts the goods and we as seller will not bear further responsibilities.

Delivery time may take up to 6 weeks before and after major public holidays, this is normal, therefore, buyer is advised to purchase item(s) and pay for item(s) at least 3 weeks before major holidays to ensure fast delivery.

2) Payment Methods
By Paypal only

Payment must be made within 2 weeks after item listing has ended; we reserve the right to applying Unpaid Item Strike for unpaid items.
If you do not trust us or accept our policies please do not buy from us, we would rather avoid troubles or disputes.

3) Bids, Refund and Exchange
Cancellation of bid(s) could be requested if buyer has valid reasons; final judgments are made by seller, not buyer. So please look at the pictures and descriptions of the product(s) carefully before you bid. This can save ample amount of resources and time of ours and yours.
We check all of our products before we send them out to ensure products are in good conditions when they left our hands, therefore, no exchange or refund under any circumstances if product is found used. No exchange or refund (including change in color) unless item(s) is damaged by post and official documents are collected from local post office as a proof of their wrongdoings.

You must also provide all the following information in your email:
Name; Ebay id; item number; Paypal email address; date of purchase/bid or date of item soon ending.
We do not guarantee response to your email if you do not provide us with all of the information above. If your email title was not marked properly or if incomplete information is given, we may think that it is spam and will not respond to it. And please do not send messages through Ebay, as Ebay pages often load slowly and incomprehensible characters are found as a result of messages left by customers from different language backgrounds, so we will not respond to messages through Ebay.
Please also check your junk mail box if you are expecting our response as it might end up there.
All inquiries or disputes must be made to us within 8 weeks from payment date. Otherwise, transactions will be considered in good order.
*Request for Shipping Address Change must be made at the time of payment; otherwise, we do not guarantee changes can be made.
* Request for Canceling Bids must be made within 2 days after item listing has ended; otherwise, we reserve the right to applying Unpaid Item Strike.
Policies on shipping, payment and refund can be amended anytime by seller without prior notice to buyer; buyer should refer to our Q & A on Ebay for the changes or most updated version of our policies.
