What’s the science behind it?
Far infrared is a naturally occurring energy source that is emitted by every cell in the human body as well as the sun. Far infrared is even used in some humidicribs!When we use far infrared in The Detox Box, it is able to penetrate the body up to 6cm and induce a strong sweat that draws chemicals and toxins out through the skin via sweat. In The Detox Box, you will sweat 2-3 times more than a traditional sauna but at half the temperature. Now you can sweat away - whilst in a very comfortable and relaxing temperature.
