Bought this new earlier in the year with a Gibson guitar, but only been able to play it TWICE as I have small children in the house. It has Cost me $1000 new ($1299 RRP, although most shops sell them at the grand mark). It has been sitting in the corner of the spare room ever since and it just seems senseless for such an awesome sounding tube amp to sit doing nothing!
In terms of sound, this is THE little amp for blues and rock. Don't confuse a 15W Blues Jr with a standard 15W practice amp - the valves will BLOW the practice amp away! With growling distortion, echoing reverb and a level of warmth that only the Fender Hotrod tube series can offer, this is brilliant for practice and rocking out smaller gigs.

The Blues Junior, a warm-toned favorite, takes our 15-watt tube preamp/power amp platform and pushes it through a 12” Fender Special Design speaker. That sound comes courtesy of a pair of EL-84 Groove Tube output tubes and three 12AX7 preamp tubes. Add our renowned Fender reverb, flexible controls, and FAT circuit with footswitch for golden tones, and you're in business. And just look at that chrome panel, that black textured vinyl with silver grille cloth, and those vintage pointer knobs.
Delivery and Payment
Pick-Up from Thornleigh (NSW), near Hornsby. This amp weighs a bit, so I won't post it. Pick-Up definitely prefered. However, I still have the original box and foam, so if you want to organise a courier I'd be happy to re-package her up in her original box ready for your organised courier to pick-up from my house.
