Q. I'm buying multiple items can I save on postage?
A. If you are bidding on multiple items please wait for our final invoice so that we can correctly calculate postal costs for the best possible rate.
Q. How long will an item take to be despatched?
A. Usually within 24-48 hours upon receiving payment.
Q. Why are delivery costs so high on certain items?
A. If an item is over 2KG or exceeds certain dimensions we cannot avail of www.anpost.ie package rates and we are obliged to use their parcel rates which are considerably more expensive and we have no alternative. We understand that this is frustrating for customers purchasing an item at 9.99 and paying i.e €20 for postal costs but we must charge the prices being asked by the postal service. One benefit having your item sent via parcel service is that it is automatically insured (up to €250) with track and trace.
Q. My postal costs were only €3.50 but I was charged €6?
A. This is normal as we charge upwards of €2 for packaging and handling. We use high quality packaging and take great care and time in ensuring each item is carefully packaged so that it safely reaches you.
Q. I live in Ireland, is my item available for collection?
A. We operate solely as a mail order business and so unfortunately items are not available for collection in person.
Q. I have not received my item what happens next?
A. Please give it time we have had items go missing for up to a month before they were finally delivered. If after a prolonged period your item has still not arrived, please contact us.
