Folds open to a built in kitchen and bedroom.

The side door is missing but other than that it's in good clean condition.

Bidding - The winning Bidder MUST make contact within 3 days of the auction close and finalise pickup witin 7 days as I won't store items.

 Otherwise I reserve the right to re-list the item and open a dispute and leave a strike.

 Payment - Payment by Cash on pickup MUST be finalised in 7 days.

Please DO NOT pay paypal then expect me to store the item because you have paid for it, it's easier to pay cash on pickup for both parties.

Direct deposit must be made within 3 days of auction end. NO Cheques.

Items will then be posted or can be picked up when payment has cleared.

 If paying by Bank Deposit please include your ebay name or the item number so I know who the payment is from.

Postage - Unless otherwise stated or arranged prior to the end of the auction items are pickup only from Narre Warren South, Vic.
