Terms and Conditions of Sale


Tax & GST

All items purchased from Kamikaze Fishing Tackle Systems on EBay include GST and a Tax Invoice will be provided to the purchaser.

Feedback

We will leave positive feedback to buyers within 7 days of receipt of item, for buyers that have successfully completed a transaction.

Liability

- Kamikaze Fishing Tackle Systems is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.

- We do our best to make our descriptions 100% accurate. If you feel there is an error in the listing or if you have a question that has not been answered feel free to email us

- Failure to comply with any of the above terms will result in delays and/or possible non shipment of an item

- Buyer accepts all responsibility for providing the correct delivery address. Any item not delivered due to a wrong address or unclaimed will be charged the full shipping price again.

- In the situation where the parcel has to be re-delivered to you from the depot of Australia Air Express, there will be an additional charge of A$6.50. If the parcel returned to us then the full cost of Postage & Handling will be charged again plus any re-delivery charge made by depot on previous attempted delivery.

- Any item not paid for will be handled by Ebay's Unpaid Item Procedures

Please Note:

- Bidders must read and agree to the Shipping Costs, Delivery Policies, Selling Policies, Warranty & Returns from Kamikaze Fishing Tackle Systems before bidding.

- Unfortunately we cannot accept Pickups. All orders will be shipped.

- All freight charges are in $ Australian Dollars

- Insurance included in all domestic shipping, and for the first $50 of international orders.

- All items are sent via Australian Air Express / Australia Post (Australia Only) or Australia Post Internationally

- Please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery within Australia, before contacting support. In most cases deliveries will be much quicker (2-3 business days)

- For international order please allow 7-10 days.

- We are Not able to send Game Fishing Rods Internationally.

Warranty & Returns

All items sold by Kamikaze Fishing Tackle Systems on EBay come with a Strictly 30 day Return to Base Warranty. If there are any issues as stipulated below, then we must be contacted within this timeframe.

(The standard 12 month Return to Base warranty that normally applies to our products, is not valid on EBay purchases). If you wish to have the full 12 month warranty, we encourage you to go our store and purchase your fishing tackle here.

If an item is reported to us within 30 days, you will need to request a Return Authorisation Form to fill in and email us back br> Once the authorisation form is filled in and emailed to us, we will reply with a Return authorisation Number and details of where to return the item. You can only proceed to send the item back, once we have authorised it.



There are no warranties for Rod Blanks that break in any manner during any fishing activity.

For Rods that are broken, we provide a replacement cost warranty of $25 for a 2 piece rod, and $45 for a 1 piece rod, inclusive of postage and handling.



Replacements

All items purchased and received as damaged on arrival, or with a manufacturing fault, or the wrong item was sent, then please contact us and we will gladly replace the item for you.

(NOTE: Items will only be replaced and not refunded!)

(NOTE: In the case an item is wrongly sent, and you need to return an item for replacement, the seller will provide a store credit for your return postage, to be used next time your in the store.

(NOTE:In the case an item is faulty, or has broken during the first 30 days use, the postal cost of returning the item for repair or replacement and the postal cost of returning the item back to you will be at the buyers expense.


Refunds

In the exception we cannot replace an item with same item we will issue a refund for the item/s.

(NOTE: Initial shipping costs are not refundable).
