New Ebayers
All Ebayers are welcome to bid, including NEW EBAYERS. I do not hold a grudge against Ebayers who have just started out. If someone doesn’t give them a chance, they’ll never get anywhere. Having said that, if you are a new Ebayer, please follow the rules. Negative feedback when you are a new Ebayer can mean the end of your Ebay career.
International Ebayers
International Ebayers are almost always welcome. The only time I will not post an item internationally is if it is too large and too costly for the buyer. International Ebayers must email for a postage quote BEFORE BIDDING. If you do not ask for a postage quote, you will be responsible for the postage cost regardless of how high it might be.
Payment Terms
Contact must be made within three days of end of auction, and payment must be made within 7 days unless otherwise specified or a prior arrangement has been made. If payment is not made within seven days your item will be re-listed and negative feedback will automatically be left.
Postage
Items are generally posted within two days of payment being received, unless otherwise stated on the listing.
Feedback
Feedback is important to all Ebayers. I will leave positive feedback when appropriate. I do not make a habit of holding your feedback hostage until you have left positive feedback for me. Many Ebayers use this practise to ensure they do not receive negative feedback from unhappy buyers.
If you have a problem with your purchase for ANY reason, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. 99.9% of the time a problem can be sorted out without either the buyer or seller having a negative impact on their feedback rating. I am a very fair Ebayer and will do all I can to achieve a happy outcome.
Questions?
If you are uncertain about something, please ask about it! Do not bid on an item you are unsure of and then complain about it when you receive it. If you ask questions first, you won’t be surprised/disappointed when the item turns up and is different to what you expected it to be.
We do our very best to describe items as accurately as possible, including any damage, marks, or other flaws which may be noticeable on used goods. Occasionally we may overlook something, however this is entirely unintentional.
Lastly, Good Luck and Happy Bidding. Let’s all work together to make Ebay a happy, safe, and positive environment.
