A QUICK NOTE ON CONDITION GRADING.... AS NEW - Looks as if this book has just been bought, pages are clean & crisp, spine is uncreased. Little or No sign of having been read. EXCELLENT - Book is in GREAT shape, but will have some subtle defect, eg slight creasing of the spine or cover, neat inscription etc VERY GOOD - Book has some obvious defects such as creased spine &/or cover, discolored pages, inscription etc GOOD - These books are well loved and bear the signs of having been well thumbed. Many obvious defects but NO loose leaves or tears AVERAGE / POOR - Books have severe defects but are not falling apart. They are well creased, may be highlighted or underlined, inscribed.
