Warranty

All products sold by Power Tool Battery Supply Co offer full manufacturers’ warranties. Should you need to make a warranty claim please make contact with us immediately so a replacement or refund can be organised for you ASAP. Please note that we reserve the right if necessary to inspect the faulty item to determine the warranty status. Should the item not qualify for warranty based on the guidelines (below) the purchaser may be responsible for all freight costs.

All batteries are guaranteed from defects of materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, provided that the battery is used as instructed in the power tool manufacturer's instruction manual.

The warranty will be considered void if:

·        Damage, malfunction or failure is due to misuse or abuse.

·        The battery is dropped.

·        The battery pack is opened for any reason.

·        If repairs, alterations or modifications have been attempted or made to the battery pack.

·        If the battery is subject to extensive overcharging.

Should a battery be replaced under warranty the warranty continues from the original purchase date not the replacement date.

Payment and Delivery

Please make contact with the seller within 3 days of purchase. Payment is expected within 7 days of the purchase date and the item will be sent via Australia Post Express once payment has been received. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery (3-6 days in NT or WA).

We will combine postage when a buyer purchases more than one battery. If you have any queries regarding the postage costs for more than one purchase, please contact the seller.
