Product Features:

Material: 304 Australian standard stainless steel.

Size: 725x510mm, depth:120mm (outside depth 138mm).

The wire comes from right bottom of the rail.

This product meet Australian standard: AS/NZS3350.1.2002

Quality Assurance: This rails are high quality steel  in contrast to many cheap rails which do not go through this process. All our rails are tested at Delta T60, which is the basis for the heat outputs listed within the individual product listings.

Warranty

Our products carry 12 month replacement warranty (excluding installation) supplied by National Apollo Bathrooms from invoice date.

We will replace at our option any faulty or defective products covered by warranty. Please attach proof of purchase when claiming for warranty.

All products related to plumbing like must be installed by a licensed plumber.

Warranty concerts only failure of our products due to defects in manufacturing and under normal conditions of use. Warranty is void if the failure or fault of the product is due to misuse, negligence, carelessness, physical damage and/or failure to follow the instructions as written in User's Manual.

Return & Exchange
  • Receipt of purchases is required when the customers want to do any kinds of exchange and return.
  • We accept return products with 7 days after received. After 7 days, only exchange can be acceptable.
  • Buyer is responsible for all postage cost which used in return, exchange and refund.
  • 20% restocking fee will be charged o customers if the exchange items found non-defective. Our company is not responsible for paying any shipping charges and risk of loss on all returning shipments for customers.
  • All returned and exchanged goods must always keep in the original package in original condition.
  • Regarding to the faulty products, buyer is responsible for paying the postage cost after 14 days of received.
