This product comes with a 1 year local distributor's warranty effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers general manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover defects, malfunctions or failure from the improper service, modification, maintenance, repair, neglect, or abuse caused by the purchaser. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser, and is only effective upon the presentation of a receipt/invoice.

We are a new photographic equipment retailer based in Richmond, Victoria. Everything we sell on eBay and online we use in our own professional studio hire and equipment rental facility. The feedback from these products have been overwhelmingly positive. And like many professionals including myself, there is always a degree of skepticism when a new product comes into the market. We have been putting the Fomex range through it's paces over the past 6 months and we are more than confident that it will perform as well as the more well known European and American Brands.

The softboxes are actually located in Australia, so there's no need to wait weeks for it to be delivered from overseas. However on the rare occasion we may be temporarily out of stock. Some items are not normally stocked by either the reseller (us) and the supplier, such items have to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, this normally takes 3-5 weeks.
