Returns

Defective goods must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Please contact us to get a RMA number BEFORE sending out your exchange. Goods without RMA number will NOT be accepted.

Please do NOT use UPS GROUND, we will refuse any packages send back via UPS GROUND.
