The CR-5400 microSDHC adaptor supports dual microSDHC cards up to 32GB (so 2x16GB, or other sized cards up to a maximum of 32GB). The advantage of that being that microSDHC (high capacity) memory cards are cheap as chipboard compared to buying the official Sony Pro Duo Memory Stick.
