The condition is as follows

The covers are very slightly scuffed / marked through storage. (Nothing to worry about, remember it's 13 years old, See Photo). This magazine is  in Great condition considering it's age with only light general reading wear over the years. All internal pages are clean, clear and easy to read.

I rate the condition "considering it's age" about 9 out of 10. (13 years old)

A Very Rare magazine as these old Wheels magazines are Extremly hard to get in any condition.

A great magazine from 1990's and make for excellent reading.

A must for any Vintage Wheels magazine collector or Muscle / Classic Car enthusaist.
