Ford Fairmont 1993

I purchased this car (sight unseen) to interchange some of the body panels with my own car, but to my horror it is a different shade of silver (silver/blue). As you can see in the photos the colour can be misleading. I can either now go ahead with my plans and have two dorky looking vehicles with non matching panels, or sell this one..........

I have been driving it around in 35 degree heat (Melbourne cup day) and can tell you that it does not run hot in traffic, the air con works and it drives well. There are a few items that require attention, but if required, I can supply a pink slip (roadworthy) so it can be re registered easily. Tyres are about 40%

The motor and transmission are good, but it does have a broken rear quarter window (briefcase was stolen off the back seat) and a rust bubble near the fuel flap.

All body panels are straight, paint is not faded and the interior is good with no rips or tears (except some damage to the console lid) but it does need cleaning. One power window is not working, everything else OK

All in all a very cheap runabout for 2 months then you can either push it off a cliff, (metaphorically speaking) re register it or sell it to a back-packer..........
