All shipping is done via courier or Australia registered post which means prepayment unless we specify otherwise.  Items should take approx 3-7 days to arrive if you do not recieve the item you ordered within this period please contact us. We do not cover any freight loss or Damages or Insurqance. However we do register all items so we can track them should we have to. Orders are generally shipped on the day or day after full payment.

In the unlikely event that a return is request it must be done within 7 days of invoice date unless advised by kelly otherwise in which you will need a reference number for, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging, unpainted etc.  We will refund the item ONLY.  Shipping fees are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
