Shipping Details:

All shipping is done via courier or Australia registered post which means prepayment unless we Specify  otherwise.  Items should take approx 3-7 days to arrive if you do not recieve the item you ordered within this period please contact us. We do not cover any freight loss or Damages however we do register all items so we can track them should we have to. Orders are generally shipped on the day or day after full payment.

INSURANCE - If you are paying for insurance, please note that the insurance claim will only be vaild if -

You check the item to make sure it's not damaged before siging it has been recieved in good order. If damaged and you have signed for this item then no claim can be put through once the courier has left.

If it is damage do NOT sign the consigment note - write on the consigment note recieved damage - and contact kelly on 9360-5354
