3. Your satisfaction is important to us. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we are happily to refund or exchange, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the item(s).

Payment:
1. Payment methods: paypal, money order, direct deposit, cheque.
2. Please make payment within 3 days. If the buyers failed to pay the item based on any circumstances, it is the buyers' responsibility to cover the relevant costs.

Shipping:
1. Products will be shipped within 1 business day once we clear the payment.
2. Please note that day one starts as the first working day that follows your order if we receive your payment before 4:00pm.
3. We are happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. We will provide a quote for combined shipping.
4. Optional insurance is available to most destinations though all items are packed safely and securely using quality packaging materials. We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected items once they have been posted.
