DESCRIPTION: It's
special items like this lovely tapestry that can really lift a room
beyond the ordinary or commonplace. The size alone will draw the eye to
this beautiful period style tapestry in its
handsome gilt frame. The detailed picture depicts a romantic French
pastoral scene portrayed in a sympathetic colour palette which would
compliment many a decorating scheme from traditional, to classic French
or even "shabby". It would certainly add a dramatic touch to any room,
from the entry or living area through to the bedroom (use it in
place of the usual bedhead for truly individual style.)
CONDITION:
Very Good. The tapestry panel which has been woven by machine, is in
very good order; the picture has great detail and the colours are clear
and defined. The frame is also in very good condition with only minor
signs of wear. (This
auction is for the framed tapestry picture only.) Please note that our photos form part of the item description and are a good indication of the actual colour.

PICK UP: We have two pick up locations now: Buyers/Couriers in CARS, VANS OR UTES to pick up only from our home in CAMDEN, 2570 southwest of Sydney. Carriers in TRUCKS to pick up only from our storage unit in SMEATON GRANGE, 2567 adjacent to Narellan/Camden. Please let us know after the auction has ended which type of vehicle will be used for pick up so we can give you the correct address.
NOTE: If an item has been classified as "used", please don't expect that it will be in perfect or "as new" condition. It has had a previous life so naturally it will have some signs of use/wear. We always try to be as accurate and helpful as possible, so we will draw attention to any significant feature or aspect, in the text and/or the photos. • payment period: We require complete payment within 3 days of auction end. Items must be paid in full before delivery. If payment has not been made within 3 days and the buyer has not contacted us to arrange payment, then we reserve the right to resell the item without notice.
• payment preference: Please contact us on 0419 430 945 to discuss payment for your item. We much prefer bank deposit or cash on pick up where possible. Cash on pick up is available if the item is picked up within a week. (We do also accept Paypal - but it is NOT our preference due to the extra cost involved.)
• invoice: We usually invoice at the end of the auction night. We will also email you our contact information, the pick up location and times, and payment instructions.
• delivery: Buyer to arrange for delivery. We advise you to make enquiries and get quotes before you bid, ensuring that your courier will wrap your item for delivery. We can recommend the following couriers:
