This is a humble little paperback in used good  condition.  Minor wear and tanning on the cover and tanned pages.  255 pages.

FLW's revolutionary idea for a city of the future, a solution to the ills of urbanization.  This is a scholarly book with a few B&W photos and drawings--definitely not a picture book.
