15ft franklin hunter.Would make a great onsite van for teenagers in the backyard as it has 2 single beds in the rear which is rare or put on some new tyres ,fix brakes (new wheel cylinder rubbers required) and take it for rego.
Van is approximately a mid 1970s and was last registered in 1983 and has only been used as guest accomadation over the years.
Has a 2 small cracks in rear glass window ,should cost under $100 to fix and has a very small area of water damage at bottom of wardrobe near door apart from that it is a pretty tidy van for age with no leaks.
Drawbar is solid with 50mm hitch.
Brakes would need new wheel and slave cylinder to work properly and get it registered as the fluid in the brakes would have dried up after sitting for over 25 years.Tyres are old but with plenty of tread and pumped up and hold air and there is a spare. Van was on stands for 25 years.
I can help buyer with any assistance to prepare for towing if they have a trade plate.Lights ,trailer plug .
New 9kg gas bottle which is unused and full.Has original electrolux gas electric fridge and 2 burner stove and grille.
