A Brief  History of franz Sandner

Franz Sandner from Germany is one of the famous music families who have been manufacturing various instruments since 1924. Some of the famous brands from the Franz Sandner family are as follows: Franz Sandner violin, guitar, August Forster piano, Keilwerth saxophone, flute, Winter accessories, and cases. These instruments are sold worldwide and are acclaimed to be amongst the best in the industry.

The company first established itself in Schoenbach Germany however, due to the change of borders following World War II, (between Germany and Czechoslovakia) the family moved the operations of the business to Nauheim, a suburb of Frankfurt. The age old tradition of violin making has been maintained through the generations keeping the skills required to produce quality instruments making Nauheim an important base for those in the musical industry.

Warranty Information

All instruments are guaranteed against faulty manufacture or workmanship for a period of 6 years from the date of manufacture. Warranty does not extend to:

·  Any damage whatsoever caused by the purchaser.

·  Normal wear and tear.

·  Accidental damage howsoever caused.

·  Damage caused by using any cleaning agent, device or cloth, other than what was supplied, if supplied, with the instrument or recommended by Jouelline Strings .(Conditional upon the supplied cleaning cloth being free of oil, grease, dirt or other debris.)

·  Cost of return for warranty is paid by the purchaser, Jouelline Strings will pay for the return of the repaired/replaced instrument to you.

Policy for Returning Items:

Refunds and exchanges on reeds, mouthpieces, strings and other accessories are not accepted due to the personal nature of the products. These products are non-returnable unless there is a known manufacturing fault or defect.

Defective Items:

Defective products must be returned to Jouelline Strings within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement; Items will be replaced with the product originally purchased. For products that cannot be replaced due to unavailability, a full refund will be offered. All care is taken in relation to the handling of these items during shipping and handling.

How to Return your product:

1.   Contact Jouelline Strings  at sales@jouellinestrings.com.au  A representative will evaluate your return request and record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). You will also be provided with address details of where to send your return. You should not send your item without an "RAN"

2.   Send your item to the return address provided with your RAN clearly displayed on and inside the return packaging.

3.   Once the return has been received and processed, a replacement product will be forwarded.

Important:

• Jouelline Strings are not liable for any charges incurred in returning goods to our premises.
• The return must be received by Jouelline Strings within (14) fourteen days of the RAN Number being issued.
• Replacement products will only be forwarded after the faulty item has been received by Jouelline Strings All returns must have an RAN Number.
• Products that are returned to Jouelline Strings without an RAN clearly displayed will be returned to sender
