26 TOTAL SLOTS, from the top down:

the first layer of 11 slots for 12-13 inches Single Point bamboo needles (about 3.5cm or 1.37 inches width for each slots)

the second layer of 11 slots for 8-9 inches Double Point bamboo needle or Single Point bamboo needle(about 3.5cm or 1.37 inches width for each slots)
