If your charging a brand new battery after adding acid. You should get dealer to pre charge it before taking home. Then my charger will work correctly. Or connect to an old fashioned charger for 90 minutes 1st.
Old fashioned chargers pump current weather the battery is dead or alive. DONT forget to remove it after 90 minutes.
Extra (fixed) lead. Hard wire 2 vehicles and swap the charger between leads $6.00 each (fuse protected)
NB: You can only use one fixed lead at a time to charger.
