Returns:

ITEMS SOLD BY AUCTION: We happily refund if an item is found to be faulty or not as described. Please note that colours may vary from photo due to use of flash and differences in monitor settings. We cannot refund for colour. Pattern repeat may also differ esp. if purchasing in small quantities such as fat quarters. Please ask if in doubt.

ITEMS SOLD BY BUY IT NOW: We will exchange your fabric if returned within 7 days in same condition as sent. Fabrics must be returned via registered mail, postal charges are not refundable unless item is faulty.

Shipping Costs & Combined Postage:

We happily combine postage for items paid for in one single invoice. We cannot offer postage discount if items are paid for separately. We combine orders purchased within 7 days of first purchase, payment is then due within 3 days.

Insurance:

We only post by registered post.  This is an additional $3 per order for Aussie buyers and $10 for international buyers, payable by the purchaser.

Payment Australia:

We accept payment via direct deposit to our Bendigo Account or paypal. We do not accept cheques.  Payment is due within 5 days of auction end

Payment Overseas:

Delivery:

We endeavor to post your items within 3 working days of order, often much quicker.  All postage costs include any handling/packaging fees.

The minimum order is3 yard, and delivery of special orders takes about 2 to 4 weeks depending on location. We do require payment before order is placed.
