Fuschia Full Circle Mini Skirt From Billabong Size 10

This is a cotton knit mini skirt from Billabong. Holding it up it is a full circle. The waist is 5 sturdy rows of shirring. There are 2 strips of white fabric on the left side with an embroidered lion. On the left hip is a printed Billabong. Unstretched the waist is 32cm flat and aross. Stretched it is 53cm. Waist to hem is 29cm.
