to zone 8 with USPS mail, then we will ship it to all destinations
which receive USPS Mail delivery. However for most items over 2 or
3 pounds, we will use Ground Carriers for the delivery and therefore
can not ship out of the 48 states for free. We will be glad to still
ship to you using the USPS, but you will be responsible for the cost of
the additional shipping, between zone 8 Ground Carrier and the USPS
