UPON RECEIPT OF ITEM
Please check box for any damage (large tears or flattened BOX corners).
Inspect product for any visible signs of damage (cracks, tears etc).
If you notice damage or you are unsure, you must sign for it as damaged
If this is not noted we are NOT able to help your claim from ROYAL MAIL (delivery method)
Also you, as receiver, have accepted the product.
POSTAGE-DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
All damages must be reported within 1 day; We will do our best to help your claim but we will not offer refund because IT IS NOT OUR FAULT!!!

PACKAGE CONTENTS
Any missing parts must be reported within 2 days;

FAILED DELIVERIES.
All returns/re-delivery to us will incur a 2nd postage charge. Please check Royal Mail terms and conditions for more information.

Please contact us within 1-2 days at the end of the auction and organise payment,
if you do not do so we reserve the right to cancel your purchase and re-list the product/item;
If you are having problems with payment methods(we prefer PayPal), please contact us and we will try and guide you through any problems or offer you alternative payment (cheques, bank transfer etc).
