Shipping and handling Information

 Pick up is available via our Melbourne Office, please contact us before hand to make arrangements via Everite-Leisure@live.com.au
Assistance may be needed for un-loading & the driver may facilitate ground floor delivery only.                                              Shipping is organised via courier, hence we are unable to deliver to a PO BOX address
Please supply us with your telephone no. upon checkout to forward to the courier team to confirm delivery, failure to do so may delay your delivery.
Transit times vary depending on destination and parcel size, delays during weekends, public holidays may also be expected. Please allow up to 10-12 business days for delivery, but in most instances delivery is expected in 2-5 business days

Optional insurance $19 Australia Wide

 Transit Insurance highly recommended for loss or serious damage caused during transit plus return redelivery fees. Occasional small bumps, marks & scratches may occur during transit.

Conditions of Sale

• This product is covered with 90 days Manufacturer's warranty

• Payment is expected to be received within 7 business days after the order is confirmed. Special arrangements can be made, if necessary. Non purchases after a winning bid will require 15% for management and Ebay re-listing fees.

• We warrant that all products are Brand New and free from defective material and defective workmanship, and we agree to replace or repair any part that proves to be defective. However, this warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance, or accident or collision.

• This policy does not apply to damaged or incorrect installation. Professional installation is highly recommended and we may request a receipt if required in order to honor the warranty. Please verify suitability to your application prior to purchase, incorrect purchases are non refundable.

• In the event of a fault of a part or product, we require the faulty part or product to be sent back to us. We will then examine and test the fault and replace or repair any item deemed to be faulty. Any replacement or refund is provided at our discretion, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Goods are to be returned in original packaging.

• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item listings is unintentional

• We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods in transit - but we can assist the carrier to resolve shipping issues.

• Our feedback system is automated and will automatically leave positive feedback once positive feedback has been received. Buyers who threatens or leaves us negative feedback will be taken as a conclusion of our business and ending of all obligations (including any warranty obligations).

• We are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance with our policies. Should any problems arise, please contact us and we will endeavour to assist. Our response time is up to 3 business days, or longer for weekends.

• We will not be held responsible for any incident or any accident or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of this product under any circumstances, being the vehicle, equipment or persons involved.
