Puzzles And Games shop for sale operating in the same centre for over 4 years. The shop  is located close to woolworths and has a regular cliental, the figures are increasing each year. It is a  90 square metre shop, and fully fitted out with its wn toilet and kitchen and still has a 1 year & 4 month with a 3 year option left on the lease.

Our main selling item is Games workshop, we run paint days on Sunday's for the kids.Gaming days have not been orginised as yet so this would be an advantage for anyone with gaming experience.Other items we sell besides games & puzzles are NRL & AFL products, trading cards,novelties,collectables etc.

The centre is under a 10 min drive from surfers paradise
