We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We encourage you to email us with any questions prior to bidding. We are closed on weekends and holidays but will address your email in the order it is received. Most items are power tested only and "SOLD AS IS", no warranty. If your item has a warranty and arrives "not as described", please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item. We will provide you with a Return number and packaging instructions. If the item is found to be "as described", we will impose a 25% restocking fee, shipping/handling will not be refunded as well on returned items that have not been found to be ok.
