General Information

Individual marks, scars, holes and follicle pattern vary from bird to bird and add to the unique nature of each leather making it easy to differentiate from others, especially printed "cow hide". The follicle pattern is of a slightly raised nature and is fairly uniform across the body.

Tanned Emu body leather is used extensively both commercially for clothing, bags, wallets, purses,folders etc, and on a smaller scale for craft items.
