Q. What are refurbished hair straighteners?
A. Refurbished hair straighteners are stylers that may have been a
display model or stylers that have previously developed a fault. Our highly skilled
technicians take care to bring the stylers back to perfect working order and replace any
and all parts that may have had a previous fault. In addition, all stylers have
brand new cables with Australia/NZ plug. We make sure all stylers that have come
through our hands are professionally tested, cleaned and certified. This means that
they are suitable for use in professional salons and therefore a great bargain.
Q. What if I am not happy with the condition of the styler, can I return
it for my money back?
A. We try to give an honest assessment of all our stylers and use our
grade system above to describe their condition, however we feel that the customer should
always be the judge and be reassured that if they are not happy for any unlikely reason
they can return the styler (in the condition it was originally sold) and we can offer a
refund of the cost of the styler. Any questions please contact us.
Q. I have a faulty GHD styler at home can you fix these?
A. Yes, we can fix most faulty GHD hair straighteners, please contact us
for more details.
Q. What happens if my styler develop a fault after I buy from you?
A. We are very confident that our stylers leave us in perfect working
condition, however just like when buying new electrical products occasionally there can
faults at some stage down the line. We offer a 3 month warranty on all our stylers
so if there is a problem during this period we will fix or replace any faulty stylers and
return them to you, after this time we are still here to help and can offer you a repairs
service at a very reasonable cost no matter how long you have had the styler. Salons
and other retailers do not offer you this and neither does the manufacturer, so you are in
safe hands.

Shipping Information: Dispatched as soon as practicable after
payment has cleared, normally within 2 business days.
- Australian buyers: Regular, Registered and Express Post are
usually available. Standard domestic delivery times by Australia Post apply.

Returns: We offer a 14 day no obligation returns
policy, so if you are in anyway unhappy with the product within 14 days of receiving the
item you can send it back (in original condition) and we will refund the purchase price
minus a 10% restocking fee. Postage & handling fees and return postage costs are

Warranty: All stylers come with a 3 month warranty,
so in the unlikely event of faulty goods please contact us first for the correct procedure
for returning items.
