Mt FUJI FROM THE SEASIDE By KOICHI OKADA 

 

        This Genuine Japanese Woodblock Print by Koichi Okada is in Excellent Condition, Has Never Been Framed, Displays Rich, Extremely Subtle, Well Entrenched Colours in a Beautiful Seaside Scene of Mount Fuji and Measures 40.5cm x 27.5cm (1ft 3.8 inches x 10.8 inches) to the Edges of the Washi. It is One of His Finest Depictions of Mt Fuji and is Signed Koichi Ga in the Bottom Left Corner of the Scene.

         The Title, Unsodo Publishers Seal, Printers and Carvers Seals Can be Seen in the Left Margin as well as the All Important Authentic Gei Watermark, Only Seen When Held up to the Light, in the Lower Left Corner. The Kento Cut in the Bottom Right Corner of the Washi Made in the Printing Process is Added Proof of a Genuine Unsodo Origin. This Woodblock was Originally Released in the 1950s and This Example is a Later Edition Hand Printed by Unsodo from the Original Woodblocks.
