After-Sales Support / Warranty
DCTRADE provides
after- sales service and warranty policy up to 12 months from the purchase date
of the item. We are only responsible for the defects caused by the manufactures.
The after- sales service and warranty policy only covers the labor charges,
therefore; you will be liable for any parts, shipping charges or other costs
incurred by us when repairing the defective items.
The after-sale service
and warranty policy does not cover for the following damages: cosmetic damage,
damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. We will
examine the actual causes of the damages and make an ultimate decision. All
requested services are subject to final approval by DCTRADE.
The
after-sale service and warranty policy is given to the original buyer. It
becomes invalid when the product is sold to others.

Return & refund Policy
DCTRADE offers a 7 days exchange policy
only if the sold item is found defected by the manufacturers. The defective item
will be exchanged for the same model only if the following listed return
guidelines are matched:
The items must be returned in NEW condition and
with all of the original manufacturer’s packaging, which including cartons,
boxes, instruction manuals, blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales
invoice.
All return items must be packed securely and appropriately for
shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number,
which will be issued by DCTRADE once we approve the returns. Please place the RA
number, which given to you by DCTRADE, on at least two sides of the carton that
is being returned. We will not accept any returns without RA number on them.
Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipment. DCTRADE will not pay
for any return charges.
Shipping and insurance charges are not
refundable.
Replacement items will be exchanged within 7 days from the day
the customer received the original item. After the return period has expired,
please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment.
DCTRADE CARRIES ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS POLICY. WE GUARANTEE THAT PRODUCT IS IN
SEALED MANUFACTURER’S PACKAGING.

Shipping & Sales Tax Policy
The above item will be shipped to you from
HONG KONG. We will ship the item once we receive the full payment from you in
clear transaction. We will not be responsible for the package loss in the mail
if you do not pay the insurance

applicable import duties (or GTS or V.A.T. or other Taxes) in various countries,
and in most cases there is little or none payable. However, this auction
excludes such fees (if applicable). If you are purchasing the item as a gift,
