Shipping
All orders sent within Australia are sent Registered Post or regular post. For your security registered post is an option which provides tracking details to ensure your item arrives safely. Regular Post is available on request however when requesting this service buyers must acknowlege that they will accept all responsibility for items lost in post & refunds/replacements will not be granted.
Express Post is also available for Australian Buyers.
All international orders will be sent via Airmail with the option to purchase insurance, the cost dependent upon destination country. Please contact us for a quote.
Terms & Conditions
Contact must be made within 24 hours & payment be received within 7 days of commitment to buy (i.e Auction closing or commitment to buy a buy it now item) unless arranged prior to end of auction or commitment to buy between buyer & seller.
All purchases will only be sent once payment has been cleared.
Payments can be made via Paypal, Bank Deposit, money order/cheque. For bank deposits please ensure your Ebay user ID is used as a reference – failure to do so will result in items being delayed as goods will only be sent when payment can be identified. Please note overseas cheques/money orders attract an additional $10 fee due to bank fees and take 28 working days to clear and will not be sent until cheques clear.
The seller will take care & package all purchased goods appropriately, however NO responsibility is taken for items damaged in transit as Australia Post does not offer a fragile service and this is NOT covered by insurance
Insurance and/or Registered Post IS NOW automatically included in postage price with items sent in Australia. Express post can also be requested but contains no insurance – HOWEVER NO ITEMS IN AUSTRALIA WILL BE SENT REGULAR POSTAGE UNLESS REQUESTED - BY REQUESTING REGULAR POSTAGE BUYERS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS FOR ITEMS LOST IN THE POST WILL NOT BE GRANTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES . All items purchased from buyers outside Australia will be sent airmail only and will have the option to purchase insurance at an additional fee. This fee will depend on the item and country it is traveling to and needs to be requested upon purchase.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED OR REPLACEMENTS SENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ITEMS LOST IN POST WITHOUT INSURANCE.
We do offer combined postage discounts, please advise which items you are after and where it is being sent too for us to give you a quote on combined postage.
Please ask all necessary questions prior to bidding/buying as refunds minus postage costs will only be given in the extreme event that items are subject to factory faults & must be received in the same condition as sent.
NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERRED FOR INCORRECT CHOICE OF REGION ENCODING FOR DVDs.
