Deliveries:

All stock Items are sent to the paypal registered address only. We aim to post most items by 2pm on the day of order and only if your payment has cleared. If there is any undue delay we will endeavour to email you and keep you informed with the progress of your item.

Post & Packing:

All items, including free post items will be posted by 1st class post with Royal Mail. Post and packing charges are to cover not only the postal prices but also any packaging material that may be required to safely post the item to you. We post on Mon to Fri only. Orders received after 2pm on a Fri, or orders received on a Sat and Sun will be posted the following Monday. We do not work or post on a bank holiday.

Insurance:

We offer our own optional insurance on all our items for a nominal fee of £1. If this option is taken them any claims for items lost in transit are dealt with by Hair Additions and settled within 7 working days through our own insurance. If this option is not taken your item is still insured but claims will take longer as we process the claim through Royal Mail and this can take up to 6 weeks. Royal Mail class an item as lost in transit if it is not delivered 15 working says after it was posted. For further information please see Royal Mail Claims Process

Feedback:

As soon as payment is received I always leave positive feedback for all my customers. I try to give all my customers the same level of service I expect when I make a purchase on ebay. If for whatever reason you do not think you have received the level of service you expect, please give me a chance to sort out any problems before you leave anything but positive feedback.

Returns:

All our items carry a 14 day refund or exchange policy. If you wish to return you item it must be new and unused and all packaging and boxes must be complete. Any item with a security seal must be returned with the seal intact and unopened. Please send the item back to us with a copy of the original invoice. You are responsible for all return costs and it is recommended you take out adequate insurance to cover the full cost of the item in case it is lost or damaged whilst in transit. You are responsible for the item until we receive the item back. The full cost of the item is refunded (Excl post and packing charges) We aim to refund or replace all items within 48 hours of receiving the item back.
