Refund & Returns Policy

• We only give refunds in exceptional circumstances ie: if there is something wrong with the item or if it has not been described correctly.
• If there is a problem the complaint  is to be made within 3 days of receipt of the item.
• If a return is accepted the item must be returned within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage and to ensure the item is packed for suitable return with all tags attached.
• It is at the sellers discression to send either a replacement or offer a refund on the item.
• Refunds will only be made via electronic funds transfer.
