POSTAGE AND HANDLING POLICY:

FOR DOMESTIC (WITHIN AUSTRALIA):

For purchases totaling $35.00 or more, we are very happy to offer FREE POST. If you require express post, there is a small fee of $5.00 regardless of the size of your order. registered post(insurance) is also avalaible at a cost of $3.50 regardless of the size of your order.

For purchases totaling less than $35.00, we are happy to combine post. We charge the highest rate for the first item and $0.50 for any additional items. Registered post is available for an additional $3.50 or you can have express post for $5.00 regardless of the size of your order. (excludes balloon weights)

We aim to post as soon as possible after receiving cleared payment (mon-fri). for regular or registered post, please allow 14 days for delivery (though it's usually much quicker than that!) and for Express post please allow 3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA):

We strive to be as accurate as possible for postage quotes in our listings and we are happy to combine postage, but please contact us to confirm a total price before paying, as rates may differ to your part of the globe.
Post is via air mail unless otherwise stated or requested. Please allow 28 days for delivery. (again, it's usually quicker than this, but just to be sure!)
