This deluxe two story rabbit hutch and run, with its practical design, includes an integrated ground enclosure so your pet can choose weather it wants to spend time inside or outside. There is an inner flap (trap door) which can be used to close of the base level when you want to confine your pet to the living / sleeping quarters. Made of quality timber (Fir wood) and heavy duty metal grating.
Your rabbit can not dig its way out of this hutch because a metal grating panel sits at the base of the hutch (this feature is not included in the run) preventing escape. Similar designs sold on the market do not include this feature. Adding chicken wire or a similar product to the base of the run will make this accessory escape proof also.
The lower level ensures optimal opportunities for your bunny/s to exercise because of its built-in ramp. The indoor space can be used as an escape for sleeping or quiet time for your pet. The roof can be opened completely so that the hutch can be cleaned simply and efficiently. The removable floor is great for easy cleaning. There is a wooden door on the front of the cage, and in the lower enclosure, there is also a cage door allowing your bunny entry into the huge run enclosure, which is portable and can also be used as a stand alone accessory. It folds away flat for easy storage when not in use.

To make this hutch suitable for winter the timber is treated with a waterproof stain and similarly the roof is specially coated. By putting the rabbit hutch and / or run on the lawn the rabbit is able to graze and take full advantage of the extra space afforded by this fantastic, robust hutch.
